I can’t speak highly enough of Julia! Having struggled with chronic pain issues accompanied by digestive issues for most my life, Julia has been a godsend!She is the most thorough medical practitioner I have ever been to. It is always feels like a blessing to have a session and float out afterwards. The practice itself is so welcoming and calming.She has changed myself and my partners (who struggles with endometriosis) life exponentially.

I was highly recommended to see Julia Bartrop through a friend who was going through a similar ivf journey to me. I was hesitant at first as I had never done accupuncture before and wasn’t really sure of the benefits. I knew the stress of ivf and trying for a baby was getting to me and I knew I had to do something productive from my mind and body.From the first visit Julia was a breath of fresh air. She made me feel instantly relaxed and safe and provided me with so much helpful information. Julia goes above and beyond what her role entails. She is empathetic, kind and caring. I always feel supported. Julia helped me with herbs for fertility and worked with me through my ivf journey providing me with acupuncture and pointers along the way. I’m currently almost 39 weeks pregnant and Julia still works along side me, helping with pressure points and working with my partner to help when I’m in labor. She really is such a professional in her field and is so very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Julia and her team to everyone. You will literally leave feeling like a better you.

Julia is wonderful, personally and professionally. I was referred to Julia from a friend (who still sees Julia too) I started acupuncture with Julia in 2020 for PCOS and gut issues. I now have the most regular cycle I've EVER had, between 29-34 days, fewer PMS symptoms and better digestion. Bonus was finding out she could help with muscle soreness, injury and even sinus infections. I personally love acupuncture but Julia is also a great masseuse. I've moved an hour away and still travel back to see her. Highly recommend!!!

I started working with Julia during our IVF journey. After having 14months of trouble I decided to work with Julia as I have heard acupuncture can help a lot. I have been seeing Julia for quite a few years now. This has been for Acupuncture sessions for my leg after Surgery complications, and now for severe hot flushes.Julia has been able to lessen the effects of the hot flushes with acupuncture and herbs. When I leave my sessions I feel grounded and energised.I am sleeping a lot better and are waking in the morning feeling rested after my treatments.She is great at listening to her patient and tailoring her sessions to what needs to be done to help the patient get the best out of their treatment.I would highly recommend Julia for any females going through hot flushes (change of life) to go and see her for help with managing them.
