Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Set up accounts incorrectly. Do not return emails or phone calls for over a month. Therefore I am unable to fix anything. Do not recommend this service to anyone. Just terrible

Worst customer service you could even possibly imagine. The minute there is a problem they duck for cover, blame a spam filtering system on 3 occasions for not answering emails (ever heard of a safe sender?), pull the CV-19 card as an excuse for non-action, make excuses that they are unable to contact Telstra.... and that's the Manager. Absolutely disgraceful. I have been a customer for 7-8 years... not now.When they were a Telstra Business Centre they were caring, helpful and supportive. Now under a new name they are the total opposite.Suggest that if you are considering partnering with this organisation... think again.

Bridged Group are so helpful (and so much easier than talking to Telstra!). I am moving my business overseas and Vishal was super helpful in explaining the call forwarding options so that my Australian clients don't get charged. I have been with Bridged Group for over 5 years now and have always had excellent service.

I have been dealing with Shilpa at Bridged Group and she is outstanding, A1++ service, very helpful, totally committed to solving any issues, easy to understand and basically always get the right solution to all issues/enquiries. She deserve a metal for all the hard work she puts in to give us the best experience with Telstra, would be lost without her.

I cannot even explain how HELPFUL Shilpa and the team at Bridged Group have been the past few months. I had a lot of issues with my phone lines / NBN and was not getting anywhere with a solution until Shilpa stepped in. She was so efficient, caring, helpful and always followed up to let me know what was going on. She took the stress out of everything!
