Excellent experience. Very professional advise along with friendly and comforting staff. Very very Happy Customer. I GOT MORE THAN WHAT I WANTED. Definitely recommend to give Komal a chance to make you love yourself.

Went there for keratin treatment & haircut discussed this prior to going there and when i went there komal just wanted to convince me not to do it as it would not make any difference i didnt plan for hair color at all but komal was just trying to upsell and convince me to get it done and ask the girl to prep the base which was bleach and after giving a thought i said NO i will not color she was forcing me to get done as it will look good & color was not something i wanted to do as she said i have mixed it and u will have to do i asked her if u mixed il pay for it but the point is i havent finalised the color so whaf has she mixed?? Only bleach and asked to pay $50 then i just went for haircut i have really really long hair komal asked me showin how much shall i chop she showed me one and she chopped all my my hair to less than half and was done in real 6-10mins and done. She didnt evn ask me to check the length if its okay didnt show in back mirror i had to ask her for everything then for setting didnt evn ask for my preference how i wnted to get my hair styled i want (straight or curl )just did what was easier. She was only looking for money .they didnt evn do hair wash upon askin the other girl who works there says ur hair is washed right my hair wasnt washed they didnt wanted to wash and just wanted to get rid asap. I asked for a hair brush they didnt had one proper clean hair brush. Komal has no services and price listed she just charges based on clients and rips off if you land up in good vehicle. The salon was a total mess no hygeine acc to Australian standards very dirty salon. Guys please think twice before going to such salons total scam.My sister got facial done they didnt had any products in stock they did bleach whch didnt left any bleach effect she charged $15 for bleach and $60 for facial upon showing refunded $15 ALSO DIDNT WIPE PROPERLY NOR applied face pack on neck nothing upon asking she said shall i apply what does she mean what em i paying for when i told her about hw unhappy im wd the hair she chopped offfff she didnt charge me $50 for hair bleach she mixed. Totall RIP OFFFFF i am totally upset depressed for the way she CHOPPED my soo long hair in less than 5 mins very unprofessional and she has no idea what she is doing please dont put yourself at risk.

Komal is such a lovely hair stylist n did my hair cut n highlights perfectly. She provided excellent cusomer service n lovely staff who really takes care. Thank You Komal. See you again.

I am very happy with the outcome of my hair colour and from going orange hair to a balyage that she absolutely nailed. She did not tell me it can't be done and I can't go blond, she nailed the colour. I will be back. Great and friendly service as well.

I visited Remedy hair and beauty to get my make-up done for an event. Komal did a truly fabulous job.I was resplendent in every photo. Not only on the make up does she do a fentastic job, I subsequently visited her for hair works, where she helped me choose the right shades that suited me. I also attended one of her make up workshops, she thought every essential step earnestly. I would happily recommend komal for for all your styling needs!
