VALERY ALIGNMENT
She knew my problem from the first touch which was less than a minutes when my first physiotherapist could find out from 10 minutes of examination. She uses her magic hands to fix the problem, instead of only giving exercises. she also informed everything related to the problem and gave the solution that works.

I found Valery through Instagram and booked in a session to see her after reading about all her client results. Valery is very knowledgeable and understanding, and she has a very healing aura about her; I instantly felt comfortable and in good hands upon meeting her. Through some fascia release work and specific stretches, I walked out of Valery’s room feeling like a new person. Valery is also humble enough to admit when a certain injury is outside her expertise. She happily referred me on to one of her colleagues who I have continued to see on a weekly basis. I cannot recommend Valery enough, a true gem!

I highly recommend Valery. I've been to many therapists and she has been the only one that was able to work out how to treat my neck issues which caused me head numbness . She is so generous with her time and is genuine in her love for sharing her knowledge with others. I have learnt so much from her and travelled just under two hours each way to see her. She understands the body so well and is very in tune with how it works. Thank you Valery for all your help!Julie

Seeing Valery was such a pleasant experience.I have found her knowledge and willingness to share and educate very intriguing.After years of using orthotics Valery suggested I’ll try the barefoot shoes. Although I was very sceptical I gave it a try and I’m so relieved.At the same time she used a lymphatic massage technique for my sore feet and legs and I felt in heaven.Valery also treated my sore shoulder and didn’t hesitate to refer me to her colleague for second opinion which I really appreciated.Highly recommended to everyone
