I had never had carpet replaced before, and had the best experience you could hope for. I needed to re-carpet all bedrooms for a house I was selling, on very short notice. They were so helpful helping me out with a tight timeframe, from choosing samples, getting a quote and installation it was all very seamless -- and I always felt I was in very safe hands. Couldn't recommend them more.

Our Choices Flooring FTG experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The installers travelled over 100km (no exaggeration) to complete the carpet install ON A SUNDAY so that my elderly parents could move back into their house after a bigger renovation. The installers were reliable, moved all furniture (many times!) and even replaced a few floorboards which were creaky. ABOVE AND BEYOND.These are the people for you! Even if you're not local!

The staff were helpful and courteous, with a genuine attempt to help us with our choice of flooring. They were very flexible and accommodating, allowing us take samples home before we made the final choice. The carpets have been laid beautifully and the installer was a pleasure to deal with.
