my friend and i booked an appointment for 3:30, almost 2 hours later we were seen to after watching walk ins get their things done first. After explaining what my friend wanted midway through the conversation the lady walked away from us, we asked for a simple french tip acrylic and couldn’t manage to do that, after almost 4 hours we left

Got a pedicure with shellac, the lady who did it over filed the cuticles and they bleed, not only they but she cut the side of the big toes on a diagonal so they look bizarre and to top it off was $55. Would not recommend in any way.

My daughter who is 10 and I went in to get our nails done yesterday and paid $280. Yes you read that right, the owner asked us if we wanted a certain design which were beautiful for Christmas but failed to tell us the cost. My heart dropped when I heard the cost. To go ahead and do nails at the price without telling customers is appalling.

this place is amazing, all the staff is so nice and make great conversation. my usual nail place was shut so i booked a place here, i was double guessing because of all the bad reveiws but they did an amazing job, beautiful nails and very kind service.
