It's not as expected as that great. Lack of staff in the afternoon Dining. Food is Just normal, personally prefer emporium store environment.

It is one of the better places to eat in Chadstone. We ate at the first level, which is more of a lunch spot with sashimi and beef bowls. The upstairs is bbq mostly and was booked up. Had a sashimi bowl, and I was too hungry to take a picture. The lobster tempura was nice but had a little too much sauce. The presentation was nice, though. The steamed gyoza was done well too for steamed. I will return and possibly try the Toro bowl next time, or maybe the upstairs bbq.

Even if you have an appointment, you need to wait in line, so an appointment is not necessary. The most recommended is Beef Tataki, which can be tried, and other items are not recommended.

Nice atmosphere. Everything is ordered through QR code, wasn't told about it when brought to table. But figured it out.Food is pretty average. Umami fries are great. But everything else orded wasn't special, pretty ordinary.Food also came out exceptionally fast when the restaurant was also pretty packed.Furthermore, the cost of the meal isn't the value of the meals that was given.

Simple food done well. Probably the restaurant I enjoy the most at Chadstone.I've been coming here for years and the quality is consistent. My top picks would be the unagi bowl, the aburi salmon, the crispy pork, the kinoki bowl, the matcha lava cake, the boba chiffon cake and the umami fries. The fried chicken is pretty good too.The team is flexible with dietary requirements, though there are few gluten free options.If you're coming for afternoon tea rather than a meal, I'd highly recommend the hojicha latte!

Celebrated my birthday here with the family and it ain’t bad at all. Glad we made bookings two weeks in advance otherwise it’s pretty much impossible to get a seat. No split bills and also a surcharge on weekend. A bit pricey but overall experience is worth it as the food is meticulously plated and served on time. The food we ordered was delicious especially the raw beef for a starter and it just melted in our mouths. Our kids loved the wagyu beef, crispy pork and Umami chips that they ordered but would have loved if the chips were not too fried as it tends to get dry easily. The taro coffee tasted just right with its cute cup but it could have been better if it was served really hot. It went cold easily and I like mine hot so a bit disappointed there. Make sure you tell them to serve your coffee or hot drinks the way it should be. But overall, it is still good and worth trying.

Booked in advice to avoid waiting in the queue. Big fan of the umami fries and the entrée variety! Main dish was a bit of a let down in terms of flavour! Had to augment it with the condiments provided and sauce from one of the other dishes!

You need to make a reservation if you are thinking of weekends. This place is busy.Ordered the fried chicken curry on rice.Perfectly cooked egg but I found the chicken was a bit too hard and dry. Probably deep fried for too long.Must order the fries, it was yummy!

Nice restaurant at chadstone, friendly service from the team and tasty food. Pricing is a little on the high side. The dessert was the only minor let down - lots of cream cheese if that is what you like with your cake.
