Wheelchairs & Stuff

Rude, arrogant, argumentative and unhelpful with extortionate pricing (which changes if not an NDIS funded purchase).This was my THIRD visit to the premises, but the first time they were actually open and disgustingly filthy for a disability equipment provider. For over 2 weeks they hadn't answered their phone. There is no information on their website (last updated for 2015/2016 xmas closures).No pricing online, obviously because they use a sliding scale and they don't stock anything that's listed on their website anymore. They don't have online shopping, nor do they answer their ask us" forms or emails.I was told by the guy in the wheelchair that it's not possible for my wheelchair tyre size to exist (erm... I'm the one in it!) he then kept us waiting at least 15 minutes before giving us a price - which he first said was "a lot less than the supplier sells them for".The tyres he then tried to flog me were balder than the 4 year old tyres I'm currently using and weren't even the right size for my rims.Ordinarily

Ken is the most knowledgeable guy about anything to do with disability equipment. No need to go anywhere else other than McGraths Hill because he is right there.

This is the place to go for all your wheelchair stuff! Very knowledgeable stuff. I took my client here for her wheels to be fixed and they were super quick and efficient too

The service here was brilliant. Their chairs are not run into the ground and are 100% and in perfect working order.
