Today I called the Fountain Gate store and spoke to Bailey about an SD card I bought. I couldn’t get the data from my old card onto the new card and he spent about 45 minutes on the phone patiently helping and guiding me through the process. I don’t think his manager was too happy about it, but I can not give him enough praise for his knowledge and willingness to help a clueless dad trying to do something for his son lolNot once did he try and rush me or make me feel like I wasn’t valued! Which I greatly appreciate.Bailey you are an absolute legend! I can not thank you enough for your help! You are an asset to EbGames!!You need a pay rise! Thanks once again mate!

EB Games - Fountain Gate
Bought a game here yesterday supposedly brand new. Disc had marks download codes had been used. Store replaced it on being asked as required by consumer law, however only three stars because no sign of an apology or even any civil conversion, clerk grunted at start of conversation, took the disc, checked it in, retrieved a new one and gave a new receipt then winked. That's it, no words. An apology for having to drive 25km each way to bring the disc back and the disappointment of not being able to play would have been nice.
