Extremely satisfied with Arctic Cold and their customer service. I Had Daikin AC installed in my house and they did an excellent job. I Highly reccomend to anyone who is considering using Arctic Cold.

I needed an aircon installer to urgently assist me in some home renovations. Arctic Cold Air-conditioning were more than happy to help me out and accommodate my needs within one day. I had a very friendly tradesman (Shaun) who showed up and did a professional job. Some good old school friendly service. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer!

This review covers two jobs. 1. Two guys came over to clean my air cons the way I wanted using my chemicals (Hydrogen peroxide), One of them rushed despite saying multiple times it needed TIME to work. During this job they spotted a bad drain. The hose had to run uphill and they said it would be a leak problem. Two guys screwed around with it for about 40 minutes before just cutting the hose shorter and telling it was fine. That job $1000+, Next job. that short cut hose.. it failed on a very humid day and soaked a brand new mattress that went moldy so it was thrown away - $340. I called and they said no responsibility. The same technician that did the shortcut fix and the manager came out the second time and this time the manager gave clear instructions on what to do (Fix it properly which meant cutting into the wall). This job was done perfect. However the manager refused to take responsibility for the technicians failure and charged me for the job which we already paid for in their wasted time last job. I do not deal with companies that do not take responsibility or technicians that do not follow instructions, take short cuts and seem to lack common sense. The lack of responsibility and moral/ethics earns this firm a two star., Let them earn back their SEO and place on google maps by treating their customers fairly and ethically. Thank God for reviews as this has allowed us to find better companies since this time.

This is the second time I have had issues with this company. The first time I booked a clean and service and the technician came out thinking it was just a service so they had to re-schedule. The second time a technician came out thinking it was just a clean and I insisted they do both due to the previous appointment being postponed. Today they were supposed to arrive at 8am for a clean and service. Never arrived so I called them at 8:30am to find out there jobs were being carried over from the weekend and my job has been pushed back 3 weeks. No one contacted me earlier to let me know. Called another company and they were far more professional. Don't waste your time with this company.

Arctic Cold's response was immediate, a site inspection prompt, their prices unbeatable and their business practices, including quotes, contract and invoicing, could not be faulted. The installation has been done professionally, by knowledgeable, well trained technicians.

This company installed a My Air" fully ducted air conditioning system in our new home. When we received our keys we noticed that all five zones were receiving air even though only two were turned on. We notified our builder who in turn notified Arctic Cold to rectify the problem.After about five or six weeks a technician came our and found that a control cable in the roof space was a mtr too short and therefore could not be plugged in

Excellent, professional and prompt service from first consultation to installation and post installation follow up call, at a very competitive price. All staff were friendly, professional and courteous.

To the driver of your work car with arm tattoo sleeve mid 50’s with spikey hair. It’s not ok to be speeding at 80kph in a 60k zone dieting school holidays.

Terrible service, they got paid then did half the job and when I called them back to fix it they charged me for the return visit. We paid another company to fix it as they were not going to help us once they got their money. Disappointed to say the least.

We have used Arctic Cold for many years and are as happy as ever with their service. The most recent job was at short notice, and installed in time for Christmas so greatly appreciated.
