Been taking my now 9 month old here for a term. Excellent lessons and lovely instructors! Would recommend to anyone/everyone. It’s good to start kids young on water safety, and the NT gov will give you a $100 voucher twice a year to offset the costs!

Absolutely crapiest customer service in whole Darwin.This place become a joke after took over by new management. Royal life saving.The office staff specially need to get trained properly. So many mistakes on their behalf regarding swapping, kids voucher and booking confirmation.Every term there is some issue or mistake on office people behalf.(NOTE TO PREVIOUS OWNER)PLEASE COME BACK AND RESCUE THIS PLACE

Great place to learn as water is shallow all the way. Good instructors. The whole pool is under cover so don't have to worry about getting sun burn. Great place for kids to learn swimming

you should really advise people of the $4.39 surcharge when paying through your online portal vs bank transfer (free) so many sus things about the running of this place seriously! be up front with everything. i can now see why many mums i know have moved their kids on from here and i will too after the term i've just paid for.
