After experience with a few different real estate agents, I have to say that I have enjoyed our experience as tenants with Swan Real Estate - even with four kids it has been a stress free experience, and I find them willing to go above and beyond. Inspections are always carried out efficiently and maintenance issues resolved quickly without much fuss. Would be happy to rent through them again if we have to move!

I would seriously think twice about dealing with this group. I have never come across such an unprofessional so called professional business in my life. They alledgedly looked after a property of mine but when it came to the crunch correspondence was disgraceful , basically ignoring messages and phone calls, issues did not get resolved in a timely and professional manner. And last but not least they seem to be more interested in the tenants perspective instead of the people that have been paying their wages.DISGRACEFUL

I would recommend Trevor and his team to anyone wanting to sell a property in the Midland/Swan View area. He is very committed to his job, even to the point of negotiating with the buyer on a Sunday evening when he was at a family function. Trevor’s Knowledge and experience helped us get the quick sale and price that we desired. I would have no second thoughts about using Swan Realestate in the future.

We were the buyer of a recent property which Trevor handled. He was amazing! The sale got delayed (due to no fault of anyone). He worked with the seller to achieve an outcome in everyone's favour so that the sale could continue at a pace that did not impact our plans for the property. He answered our never-ending questions and was always available for site visits. He went above and beyond for the seller so I would expect they would be as happy as we are. I would not hesitate to recommend!
