Definitely requires more staff. I was here during the school time and there were 4-5 people waiting outside the food. This is my first time trying red rooster and I would still prefer KFC anyway over this. However, I loved their pineapple fritters.

Friendly staff. Order the family size of fish and chip (10 pieces fish) and 1 whole roasted chicken ala carte that are enough for 5 people. Though the chip was a little bit too salty but I love the herb mayo (including in the fish and chip package).

Food is okay , the female owner is annoying and loves to micro manage and treat her customers like toddlers. Also this is another business that uses covid restrictions well after it is over. They tell you to wait outside in the wind when the have an empty store. You must sit outside and get harrassed by flies and hungry birds, while the tables inside go unused.

Thank you to Steve and staff at Red Rooster for going above and beyond with my catering order over the weekend for my daughter's birthday at Jamberoo. They let me pick up my order before they opened and even went through the trouble of packing the rolls individually so they could be eaten easier. The food tasted great and so fresh. Probably the best red rooster I have been to. The manager always serves his customers with a smile and cares about his employees too. The food is of a good quality and freshly made ! Very happy that we have a red rooster in kiama .

I came in with my drink that I had bought from subway the lady was very rude with their customer service and did not even apologise for their rude behaviour I would not come here again in the future
