First practitioner of any kind that I walked out not regretting going there. Had neck, shoulder, back pain and persistent headache for weeks and was more or less gone after seeing Kristian. Very professional but relaxed, felt very comfortable during whole appointment and cheaper than I expected

Went to visit Kristian for help with a work place injury I acquired last year which hasn’t fully recovered since. After a session with Kristian my back hasn’t felt like this for a long time. Instantly relieved tension from my back and legs which never seemed to go away with remedial massage and myotherapy. He definitely knows what he’s doing, highly recommended!

Kristian is very professional, so nice I went to see him for my back issue which is from 2 years, i had many treatments from chiropractic but the pain returns after a week.But with kris, I got only one treatment and there is no more pain or anything since 4 weeks, he works so well and very knowledgeable,explains you all your problem and treats as well.Highly recommendedIf you have pain go and see kris.

Managed to get a last min session last Thursday. One of the best decisions ever. I've tried physio, chiro and osteo for my back and central sensitisation issues, so living in pain was nothing new for the last 7.5 yrs. After the dry needling and cupping sessions, I think Kristian has almost fixed me 70% in jus 45mins. For me he is a miracle worker. I've had the best sleep ever for the last couple of days and haven't woken up sore. Thank you for your patience, professionalism and for wanting to cure the problem so that I can live my best life. Next appt remedial...

Kristian is one of the very best practitioners I’ve had the delight of seeing. His knowledge is un-paralleled. It was very reassuring on my first appointment to learn he was familiar with my condition (central sensitisation) and informed on mental health issues and trauma. I have always felt very safe at his practice and he is perhaps the only hands-on male doctor I see who I have no nervousness around whatsoever. Kristian clearly wants the best for his patients - he is always trying to work out how best to help me so that I don’t need to come back, and if the issue is small he is so kind to give exercises or stretches to try before coming in. When it comes to dry needling he manages to resolve issues very quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend, especially if you have pain issues.
