End of Lease Clean Perth

Highly recommended for cleaning at end of lease! They were flexible, ethical, and great to deal with. And they did an excellent job at my investment property!

AvoidWe had two of our homes deep cleaned (end of lease) by Gary and the team, and were left very disappointed.House 1 -The cleaner had to be called back after we realised door frames, doors, knobs were not clean, which should have been included within the service. Unfortunately the job was still terrible after he returned. We ended up going over all doors, door knobs and frames and this was the colour of cloth afterwards (see picture). There was a deal of mould in the ensuite shower still left over. Oven was not wiped over or inside thoroughly. Light switches were still filthy.They say that they will return to re clean the areas that we are not happy with, but after his second return to clean, it was still filthy, we gave up and did ourselves.House 2 -Cobwebs were still present inside, marks on the doors and filthy door frames.We were not impressed with a couple of text messages sent by the cleaner, we felt they were a little pushy. He wanted us to come and view the second property straight away.I emailed Gary and advised him after the two cleans that we were very unhappy with the service. He responded advising he would arrange a part refund that Tuesday (2 weeks ago). We still haven't received that refund. I have since emailed twice, and still have not had a response, I can only think he is now avoiding our emails.We spent over $1300 with this business and ended up having to clean up what wasn't done properly. Avoid this business

Best money I have spent in a very long time! super clean, thorough and reliable. Better job than I would have done for end of lease. Will definitely be using this cleaning business again. Thank you :)

Highly recommend this company for end of lease cleaning, top quality cleaning services have been provided, i have used their services three times and they always helped me to get my rental bond back.

We have booked Extreme clean for end of lease cleaning, our experience started off very positively since we arranged for 6:30am start and the cleaner crew of two were on time and ready to work. My wife and I left the property to be return few hours later, by time we have received a notification that the place has been cleaned shortly after we had a chance to inspect the work, everything we have could actually ask for was done, Windows, flooring (stone, carpet) all cleaned up all rooms were done to perfection.Communication was flawless, quote and actual price matched, the time estimated for cleaning was correct as well. At the start of the cleaning we have been notified that the inbuilt fridge are not included to been cleaned, for us this was not a issue. However I do appreciate we have been informed on certain exceptions.To sum all up, we had a very pleasant experience and we will recommend the services to friends, family and colleagues as it was done as promised and the pricing was good value for money well done thank very much.

Lux and the team did an amazing job, and helped us out on quite short notice for an end-of-lease clean. The place looked great, and they did a great job at removing some ceiling mould in the bathroom too. Reasonable price and great communication. Thank you!

Gary was did such an amazing job at doing our end-of-lease clean. Compared to the other cleaning businesses we inquired at the prices were so much more reasonable. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a professional, good-value clean.
