FRM Model Management

If i could give 0 stars i would. Extremely unprofessional, staff do not communicate and will tell you the wrong things. I was approached 3 times with a 'congratulations on your acceptance' email, then told the director was not even comfortable with having me on board because i would not cut my hair. To say i am disappointed would be a understatement, completely gave me a false sense of hope. Plenty of other great agencies out there, don't bother.

I've been with the agency for almost a year now and during that period, I've had an amazing experience working with the team here at FRM. They have been extremely supportive, organise everything for you (test shoot, marketing materials, etc.) so that you have the best foot forward in the industry especially when you're just starting out. They put you forward to suitable castings once you get on board, and I actually have been blessed to do a casting just recently thanks to the agency!

I have been with FRM for over 2 years now and I am happy to say I’ve had a great experience with them! The staff are always lovely, making sure that I’m comfortable with each casting they put me up for, answering all my questions and providing me with the best conversation at every visit! I signed with FRM in January 2020 which simultaneously marked the beginning of the Covid 19 outbreak. Due to the stay-at-home lifestyle, businesses struggled and talent was low in demand. Despite this, the team maintained their optimism and emerged from the experience stronger than ever, setting the stage for a successful 2021.The admin staff are readily available to answer any queries, present all information about upcoming castings and roles, as well as offer their support and wish you success with an reassuring smile.Stephen, the director, is straightforward, tenacious, and incredibly accommodating. He always finds the time to chat and share the wealth of knowledge he has gained over the course of his many years in the field. By throwing events and inviting myself and other talent to them, he has helped me feel like a member of the social community that is FRM.Thank-you for all that you do!

Overall I found this agency to give off dodgy vibes! They were very insistent on me paying them up front fees, and were using blackmailing tactics for me to pay them in order to get put forward for fashion work. They claim these are non compulsory but were very pressuring about it and only said I would be offered fashion work if I paid the full package. They also wanted me to drop my current agents in order to be with them exclusively, but were not willing to put me forward for the work I was wanting which is fashion/lifestyle - they wanted to house me completely in their commercial agency as they thought that was my “look”. They were also aware from my current application that I was already represented with another commercial agency. Their upfront fees were $1000+ and they were not willing to take it off my future work I would book with them which I found questionable! I would recommend finding an agency that puts you forward for the work you want, and doesn’t pidgeon-hole you into certain divisions, and pressures you to pay them $1000+ up front before they’ve even booked you work lol. These guys came across very desperate in their tact for asking for money, making me feel that they were after my money and not really going to care about my career in the industry and helping me grow to where I want to be. I’d recommend finding a different agency and one that lets you be signed with multiple agents so you can further yourself. IMG let their models sign with multiple agencies so for FRM/Reelfaces to not let you, that’s a big cop out.

Very fake and unprofessional brand. They reached out to me and once I signed up and paid the fees, never heard from them again, never got me a job. Basically called for nothing, it’s a scam.

I signed with many agencies before FRM that led me into a trap. First time meeting Steve and the team of FRM I advised him of this and the amazing team has worked extremely hard for both me and others to provide them work and a supporting business to guide them to their dreams. My experience with them has been nothing but friendly, amazing and my shoots and work done through them has been life changing as well as uplifting. Definitely a place for those wanting to follow their dreams in the industry.
