Great local spot. Staff is friendly and quick good service. Spot on for prices! Tasty egg and bacon roll and milkshakes were filling and thick! Great to bring kids with bench seating at the window with full view of the lighthouse! Even though it was a dreary day outside inside was cosy and warm.

Worst cafe I have been too. Dirty, loud staff, used Band-Aid on the floor. Rude obnoxious lady who wasn’t working loitering around, very loud. Coffee Luke warm and the burger came with extras, a nit, never again.

When in Aireys Inlet, give this place a wide berth. The whole experience is appalling. The service is shocking. The staff are arrogant and lack for basic manners. They eat and drink behind the counter while taking orders and preparing food. The food and coffee is terrible. The prices are ridiculous. The cafe is dirty. There are at least three other cafes in Aireys to choose from. Pick any one of them over this joint.

Ok so I am more of an ambience collector than food and beverage reviewer. I only ordered a beer here because I was intrigued as to why there were 2 people in here and 50 people at the pizza cafe next door.It’s soooo confusing. There’s cottage themed hanging pot plants, terra cotta pot plants on a perfectly nice front seating area, 90s plastic cane lounges, retro chairs, an 80s style Chianti front bar, and a red and white pergola which doesn’t keep the rain out. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day on the decor. It’s almost like House and Garden mag had a fight with I Dream of Jeannie.I just want to pull down all the potted goods, straighten the chairs, hide the Vintage bits and we are half way there! It doesn’t help that you have to walk passed an electrical box at the entrance. Yikes.Service was chipper but :)

They didn't look happy to see us and the grill was off by 1.30 on a Saturday with plenty of people around. Coffee was ok but 2 paninis, 4 slices, 2 coffees and 2 ginger beers for $73 seems excessive, even for the Great Ocean Road.
