Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic! They recently changed the pool liner and I couldn't be more happy with the results.They have very reasonable prices and I appreciated their honesty with work that wasn't required and removed it from the bill. Very rare to find honest tradesmen these days!!Mike's communication was also great, he kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience !I just wanted to get my pool water tested but instead had to negate bad attitudes and snide remarks. Terrible customer service skills .I returned a year later and still receive the same experience

Absolutely fantastic service, we are novices to a new pool but the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable!! Never tried to up sell like other shops and very quick service- highly recommend this service

Good and friendly service. Have changed from another pool shop to Jims because they were able to sort out my filter issues promptly and efficiently on a prior occasion.

I'll start with I'm usually all over my pool water quality most of the time however I had an issue that had me. I had water tested and found levels were really out of Wack. At home I added everything and then found a small leak in filter pipe. I spoke to Sheree who had tested water who suggested I might have a crack in filter. I took filter in and sure enough crack was found. Within 24 hours, parts were ordered and filter was repaired and at a much better price than new pump which was my original thought. I cannot commend the service I received from Sheree any higher. She was polite, helpful, sincere and above all knowledgeable. She kept my stress level down : ). So with this I highly recommend Belmont Pool Shop and in particular the service I received from Sheree. Thanks .

Helpful staff and fair prices. Quick with ordered parts

Their regular pool maintenance service can't be faulted and any minor repairs fixed up with no problems and some for free. Our pool looks sparkling all year through. Good value for money and we highly recommend Mike and his friendly team.

I had major maintenance work done by Belmont Pool Shop during the Covid 19 closure and Mike did a fantastic job in getting my pool ready for when we reopen. He looked after all aspects of the repairs and maintenance on my pool. His knowledge and professionalism is amazing and I would highly recommend.
