I put through an order with menulog and what I received is totally disgrace.1. They forgot to put in maple syrup with the hotcake.2. There is a piece of scrap paper on the ice cream.3. They forgot to put in the hashbrowns.They actually managed to messed up every item in the order and when i rang the store to let them know, they asked me to contact menulog and when i questioned if they should speak to their staff bout this, they told me, “just take this to menulog”.My advice is if you can go to another joint, dont bother order from here

First order: Missed a full burger and fries but remembered the drink.Second order: Fries arrived cold (4minute drive) and the 'potato scallops' were unseasoned. No 'chicken salt' supplied. Both burgers missing bacon. One of the burgers was half in the box and half out in the bag, causing sauce to go everywhere. Drinks were flat.We are a 4min drive away and the driver came straight here both times. No excuse for the presentation, quality or lack of care. Avoid this place via order, eat in only.

Order the meal from doordash, however they made the wrong order. The food was disgusting especially the beef patty it was not fresh , and the bread is so dry with no lettuce. It was mine first time ordering from Hampton park what a bad experience !!! never oder it again

Called in to this restaurant at 10.30pm Saturday 3rd June & the state of the restaurant was absolutely appalling. Not 1 clean table in the dining room, the 2 bins were overflowing with rubbish, there was liquid spilt on the floor near the rubbish bin on entrance & only 1 toilet in the female rest room flushed.There is no excuse for this environment in any food facility.

Going through drive-through after paying & pulling up at the serving window, we were given most of our order & asked to pull up in the parking bay for the rest. My mum, driving, just asked 1 simple question & the young lady serving repeated, WILL YOU JUST PULL UP IN THE PARKING BAY!!! Very rude

This maccas store is getting worse day by day....2 weeks ago they gave me someone elses order, then last week forgot a complete cheeseburger meal and now the Large fries comes a little more than half filled!!! This is a joke! Not happy at all.

Visited this branch whilst getting my tyres swapped over at on the local industrial strip. It's in a great location and they have plenty of staff on for the Saturday morning rush. They keep the place clean and tidy and their self service kiosks are all working.Macca's is a great spot to sit and relax whilst waiting for something or even meeting up if you're not familiar to the area. Kudos to the management of this Hampton Park store.

Each time we've been here, we got a full hot meal (thankyou.) The playground is nice aswell, staff were friendly and I liked that the trainee at the drive thru window had another worker there supporting him through the busy time well I was there.
