23/6 this morning we were travelling through and called in to ask for assistance with our Landcruiser. A young man named John came out to assist us. He was friendly, happy and bubbly and not a problem to assist us. Thank you John, you are a credit to your workplace.

Sadly, the woman at the front desk has let Toyota Service Gatton down today with poor customer relations!I've always had good, quality service from Toyota Service Gatton and have been taking my cars there for years, for every service but, on this occasion, I feel like this customer service employee would rather have been anywhere else but providing good service today!

Leaving the place is brutal in a little car.

Highly recommend!Been to a few dealership service centres and this is by far the best. With an attitude to find answers and reasons for vehicle behaviour. Wes and his technical staff listened to what I had to say even when I repeated myself.I never felt judged and they took a fresh approach rather than telling me it's impossible these cars are all perfect.If you plan to buy a toyota get it from Lockyer as I can tell you after sales is still as amazing as pre-sales. Very rare in my experience. Also if you need a service this team seems to take their time to get it right.Whatever the outcome of my situation I can say as of now my experience with Lockyer Toyota has been nothing short of excellent.
