I used to like doing to chuch even though I do not really have a spiritual side... the priest that used to be here with a sharp filipino accent was most certainly entertaining and made coming with the family a litlle tolerable, but now he has left and one time I actually visited the new priest seems to sing hyms soooo long and streched out the mass :-(

I attended my nephews confirmation at st Joachim. It was a very cosy place with wooden benches and comfortable soft compliant padded kneeling things.

Nice local church in the Lidcombe area, the church staff members are also friendly to show the kids around the altar about Jesus after the mass has concluded.Parking can be at the off-street or at the back of the church where Lidcomve public school is located.

Love the place as although the road is too narrow to go here they do have plenty parking slots available so no hassle at all.
