Amazing service and range. Truly something for everyone. Was able to go to the Melbourne showroom and have a look at the office chair I was looking for and take it home with me.If the product you are after is a little more finge then I would recommend calling first to make sure there is stock. Even if it is out of stock they will happily transfer the item from Sydney for you. Will be using them again.

purchased 7ft dining/pool table. said easily instalment on website. but wasn’t. so paid $360 for it to be built by them. instructions clearly state minimum 2 person job. they send only one. he puts it together wrong. pull it down halfway to fix it properly. but he dropped it and damage was done. but also because he put together wrong first time, it’s all out of whack on that side now and bows in the middle. also a hole mysteriously turns up in the felt after installation. and if anyone knows pool then playing on an uneven surface is impossible. my mum and i have tried everything to even table out with folded cardboard under legs. but it’s useless. highly not recommend this company especially for installation.

We ordered an Air hockey table the week of my daughters party and it was delivered on time. The top of the table was damaged and the staff was so helpful and the service incredible! They replaced our table no hassle and kept me updated on the process as it was moving along! We will definitely use them again! Thanks Cathlene for your help!

I ordered the table tennis table (Double Happiness 19mm) from their shop on eBay. It came much faster than expected. The table itself is of great quality (looks and feels professional as well). It takes us about 1.5 hours to ensemble the table, but absolutely worth it.I will post some more pictures here later.Now I am ordering another item (table tennis trainer) from them. I left them a message to call me back, which they did. The customer service is excellent!Thanks, and all the best!Kane

Went to the Melbourne store and the lady there was very helpful! Helped me to find a suitable pool table for my house and spent extra time with me to ensure that it was the right height and easy to put together. Would definitely recommend TR sports Melbourne. Amazing customer service!

A few months ago I purchased a TR Sport Primo Indoor Optimal 16 Table Tennis Ping Pong Table with Accessories Package" online for my kids. The instructions were followed for assembly although we note they were terrible instructions with lack of information and there were even screws missing. However

Great customer service. I rang to make a phone order because I was worried if I bought the table tennis table online that I wouldn't know if it arrived on time. I got great customer service with the lady checking my delivery times. She also advised me that a superior table was on sale for the same price. Really helpful. Can't wait until it arrives.

Purchases a double bunk bed back in November 2022 it's now June 2023 and nothing but excuses and lack of contact. To date have still not had the bed delivered or a delivery date just alternatives and excuses. Very very disappointing and poor customer support with no means of contact outside of emails which are slow and never with the same person. Do not recommend purchasing anything through this company.
