A beautiful and welcoming yoga studio!Friendly teachers who are there to support and guide you regardless of your yoga skill level, there is also the lovely touches like the offer of a blanket during Shavasana, and a refreshing cup of tea after class. Yoga at Soul Essence in Mouth Eliza has become one of the favourite times of the week

Tee has a real talent for creating incredible Yin workshop experiences. I drive 30 minutes to be there and it’s really worth it. If you haven’t tried Yin or a Workshop give it a go. It’s the cheapest, most natural medicine. Your mind and your body will thank you.

What an amazing experience it is doing practices at Soul Essence Yoga at Mount Eliza studio. My stress levels have been reduced drastically, and I am more at peace with myself. The practices have unleashed my loving and compassionate nature which I share with others. Thanks to Tee, Nataraj, Oya, Ririn and Sarah for their guidance, knowledge and skills and most of all their unconditional love to us all and the science of Yoga. I highly recommend the studio in Mount Eliza. Love Silvana

Soul Essence is a beautiful, authentic and community based studio in Mt Eliza. There are a great range of classes to suit everyone’s needs and the teachers are all lovely. The owner Tee is such a lovely woman and makes everyone feel so welcome! This a hidden gem in the beautiful coastline, you must check it out!

It was a gift to attend Tee's Yin Journey. I didn't expect it to be so intimate. My reflection of the afternoon was that it was gentle, completely beautiful, healing and restorative. I can't wait to make this part of my ongoing self-care. I recommend this so much! Thank you Tee.

Such a beautiful space, loving doing yum yoga, yoga Nidra and vinyasa here! The teachers are a delight, especially Tee. Really reasonable too!Do yourself a favor and book in for a yin journey which runs once a month, it is such a magical and special experience guided with so much love by Tee.
