Poor customer service from beginning to end. Dropped of tractor to incorrect address and left it. Incorrectly advised on a spare part, we ended up doing most of the leg work. We received good service a couple years ago but it's gone down hill very fast! We wont be going back.

No good for spare parts.. 2 weeks to get a simple part in that other dealers in Brisbane confirmed they could do overnight. Additionally, wrong filter supplied in order, lot of unnecessary wasted downtime and wont be going back.

What's the point in selling the machines exclusively on the north side when you don't offer maintenance or open on a Saturday to purchase parts for zero turn mowers.
