There is no service in this store, women yawning in plain sight of customers (I saw because she wasn't wearing a mask) others just standing having a good old chat together. Time to hire people that wanna work!Finally get served and ask if this item is here and the lack of enthusiasim of telling me to look on line was apauling!Steer clear of this ticking time bomb people!!!!Spend your money where the service is friendly and the staff want to help you

Supervisor was extremely rude, we wanted a refund on a item which was faulty. The supervisor ignored us and eventually a new staff member tried to help us, but she couldn't because she didn't know how to do refunds. She was obviously distressed that she wasn't able to help us. The supervisor purposely swapped over customers with the new staff member not to help us.. Eventually after about 45 mins the supervisor got another staff member to help us, once she took over the process only took 5 mins. Ridiculous service, absolutely disgusting.

Visited Maroochydore store 28/10 at 4:40pm and the service was abrupt and rude. Bought some peridot jewellery in September, wanted something to complement it. Team member DNGAF.

I was dealing with Kat from this store - I had a faulty item and she went above and beyond for me. I actually didn’t expect them to replace the item, I was just passing on some feedback and ended up with it replaced! So grateful for the amazing service.

WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!Went there to view a ring in person after selecting it online. The staff was not available and kind, trying to serve 5 customers at once. Came back a day later to order it in person with the actual sizing and so on. My partner was deceived by the same incompetent staff member that the ring is offered in a size above her usual, but she still liked it and decided to make an order. Everything paid in advance of course and the next day they called her saying that the ring can't be delivered in that size. We went there again today only to get the same bad service in-store and for my partner to ALMOST BEG the staff member to let her do a proper sizing and to finally understand that the ring IS available in a smaller size but can be resized to her correct size. She decided to not cancel the order and wait an extra two weeks on top of the two weeks for delivery. I knew the price from the website that was with the resizing and free delivery, so I was really surprised when the staff member told us almost double the price for the resize. When I asked why, she told me that the sizes in-store and online are different and she can't do anything.... not that she looked like even trying. That was the moment I changed my mind and asked for a refund. No problems with this at least.The above is the reason I hope retail stores go bankrupt and retail workers get replaced by robots.

I purchased a gold chain from shields in October, however the parrot clip split apart and took it back to maroochydoore to ask about warranty, the salesperson stated that the o ring should break before the clip as a safety function, and then the salesperson proceeded to deny when the manager come over that was never said. She did not want to send it away to be checked this won't be under warranty" clearly she is not a jeweler. I've never been treated so rudely by a salesperson as they were. If I could give a negative star to shields maroochydoore I would. Please to anyone never go there."

I went in today to ask about a ring resizing. Although it was busy the two ladies were able to help me with my inquiry and able to assist with me with questions about the sapphire in the ring that was my mothers. I recommend these staff to anyone. They sent me to another store whom I was shocked with the brisk and rude way the female staff member treated me, this other store had me walking straight out and it was a larger chain. So stick with Shiels for customer service.

There is a good selection of jewellery and of reasonable quality however the service at the Maroochydore store is terrible!The 2 mature age women are downright rude and need customers service training and skills...the young girl Tamika is disrespectful and couldn't care less..I will never shop there again.I would give them a lower star rating if I could.

I went into the store yesterday at the sunshine plaza to swap a watch over because it wouldn't sync to my phone. Although all staff were run off their feet, the manager took the time to help me swap my original watch for another. She was very helpful and friendly and I didn't feel like she was rushing me despite the number of customers waiting to be served. She even resized for me. I recommend this store to everyone. I didn't get the manager's name, but thank you so much, I greatly appreciate your time and customer service, which was of the highest standard.
