Fullerton health - York street .Asked for a temporary disability parking pass from one doctor, and I was given a letter, eventually by email. The doctor suggested tests to confirm my sciatica - which had been diagnosed by the Physiothgerapist ( he wanted an xray - and I did not want any more xrays) However RTA wanted the doctor to fill out a form - which I took over with great difficulty. The other doctor called me, and told me that the previous doctor had refused to sign ( and yet he had already signed it and delivered ) A very confused doctor. I went to another doctor. Why are they always asking for tests ?

Ridiculously unprofessional - do not return calls, emails requesting contact from them, then eventually after 2 months of phoning weekly and getting frustrated I was put through to the GM, still no real progress on the matter and no ETA of finalisation.
