Booked a time slot for the next available appointment which was 2 weeks after the date a rang on. The time slot was 11am to 3pm (5 hour window)When the day arrived and I'd heard nothing I rang them...stupid number goes straight to voice recordings it took forever to speak to someone who finally informs me that me appointment " time has been pushed out to 4-4.30pmBy which time I would have no longer been at work.I explained this but was told oh well I can't contact them directly so I'd have to wait at work 1 hour post closing!!Eventually I made a second phone call

Had Neil from O'Brien glass drop out to fix a couple of windows. Definitely was not an easy job but Was no problem to Neil. Very professional and got it done in no time. Very neat and tidy finish, highly recommended.
