Had a great experience taking my daughter's dog there, so I decided to make them my new puppy's vet. They are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The place is super clean and not hectic.Honestly, I feel so comfortable taking my new puppy Lulu to this vet. They are so friendly and diligent when looking after her. Totally recommend them.

This animal clinic is very attentive to their patience, and I find they are reasonably priced for their services. The team are very friendly and accommodating.

We always have a good experience here. People go above and beyond to help me balance dog and baby, whether it be helping me escort from the car or coming out to help in the car park!

We always have a great experience at the Greensborough Vet. Every vet we've seen has been kind & competent - and our dog agrees! There is also good, easy parking which makes visiting hassle free.

Incredibly disappointing experience at Greensborough Vetinary Clinic today. Irrational behaviour by practice owner and complete lack of insight and respect in how to treat long term loyal clients. We have been clients and big advocates of GVC for over 15 years having taken a number of our pets through their doors over the years. Today we had to take our pup back to the clinic for a treatment following a previous treatment that had not been done properly 3 weeks earlier. When making the initial appointment 3 weeks ago, we requested to see a senior vet (name withheld), upon arrival on the day we were allocated a junior vet for our consultation without any communication. As a result, the procedure was not done properly and saw us back today, 3 weeks later to have the treatment done again by a senior vet / practice owner. We were advised after todays consulation that we would have to pay again. We attempted to explain to the practice owner that we were back at the clinic as a result of the treatment not being done properly in the first instance. We were advised in no uncertain terms this does not matter, we need to pay for her time irrespective of paying for the previous consultation where the treatment was not performed properly. The practice owner would not see reason, and commented she had been working all day without a break and literally showed us the door.Takeaways...- Loyalty means nothing to this owner- Irrespective of the contributions you make, its a take take take mentality. We and broader family members have donated many things over the years to this practice- Clear lack of communication, if you make an appointment with a particular vet and for some reason this needs to change. It's common courtesy and simply professional to call your customer to let them know.- Lack of respect for the customer experienceWould not recommend. The treatment was disgraceful and unwarranted.

Absolutely the most horrible service I have ever received in my life. I have 6 cats and have been to many vets over the years and decided to give this one a try because of their reasonable prices. But money does not make up for the absolute and utter disrespect. The older lady there claims to have worked there for 3 years yet does not know how to crack a smile let alone how to speak to customers. She is simple rude and does not listen to you when booking appointments. Because of her incompetence my poor kitten had to starve all day awaiting a surgery, yet she did not book this in correctly and instead of apologising and fixing the issue she sat there saying “no you did not book this in, I have been working here for 3 years I know what I am doing” in the most disrespectful, degrading and snarky tone. Clearly she does not know what she is doing and if she paid more attention to the customer maybe she would be able to do her job correctly. She continued to tell me I am rude because I am unhappy with their mistake?? And that I am no longer allowed to come to this vet again. She doesn’t need to tell me twice I will never be coming here again, I’m glad I didn’t give them a cent of my money and I recommend you don’t either. Save your time and find a veterinary clinic that will respect you and your pet and show some compassion. As for the owner, I hope you reconsider who your employees are and the kind of people you want representing your business.

Went there to pick up some cat food this morning (25/2) and the lady at the counter was very helpful. She looked up my pets history and made sure I picked up the right one. Very kind and professional service.

I arrived for my first visit with two anxious Cavalier king charles.I had to ring and explain I couldn't bring them in. I was then greeted by a lovely Vet Nurse helped us enter the side entrance.So caring and understanding!Then my consult with lovely Ryan was incredible!So professional and an excellent demeanour.I knew my Louie & Henri were in good hands.
