Firepop is a food cart that participates in some events. The price is quite expensive but the meats are nicely grilled. I got the pork belly (2 for $26) and the wagyu cube ($18). I greatly enjoyed the pork belly but the wagyu cube is alright, would probably enjoy the wagyu slice more. The fermented chilli on the pork belly is not so spicy and had a nice char. It also came with a small salad, that was quite raw and not very seasoned.

Firepop’s lamb skewers are so tasty. The ’OG’ skewer is my personal favourite. Authentic Asian taste added the hot chilli powders, mouth-watering lamb cooked on the charcoal BBQ, a real master chef piece in just one skewer. Highly recommended! Also the tofu skewer with a secret source it's a must-try!

I’ve enjoyed Firepop’s signature cumin lamb at their pop-up kiosk at both Sydney's World Square and at Chinatown’s Friday night markets. With the price of lamb the way it is these days, why bother cooking at home, when you can experience the fresh flavours of Firepop's OG lamb skewers with their secret blend of spices. I've tried the no-chili, the mild, and the extra hot. My fave is the mild - it's perfect, juicy, yet still spicy.I’m not normally a fan of tofu, but last night for something different I tried the Golden Soytime which had it’s own unique flavour and was cooked to perfection. Check them out if you ever see them in your 'hood!

Firstly amazing quality, beautiful meat, perfect combo on grade of meat for a skewer.Combination of Spices, were spot on, we mixed the mild and medium hot chilli with the other spices the box came with.Very well presented in eco friendly packaging.We did it justice and cooked on a wood fire/charcoal BBQ, but would be great anyway you cooked it.Will be back again.

Great food, very tasty and handy with the easy burn BBQ. the wagyu meat is like butter. Very friendly staff happy to reply in quick time.The price is my only only negative. I bit too expensive for 4 pieces of meat.

The best quality of food hands down. Could be on the michelin guide soon given the ingredients are on par with some of Australia's best restaurants. Must try for anyone in Sydney.

Hit up the food truck at One Drop brewing today. Easily one of the best pop ups I have eaten at, 100 times better than the majority of boring overloaded burger places that are unfortunately the standard. Everything was absolutely on point with these guys, gorge to your hearts content if you ever find yourself lucky enough to be in the same place as them.
