Our sales rep Tim was fantastic, the pre construction phase was very frustrating and we nearly pulled out because of it but our site supervisors were amazing, the communicated and updates were great. The quality of the build is great. Thank you to both Matt’s and Steve for there attention to detail and communication, you made our experience with Coral Homes so much better

From the very beginning we felt that Coral was the right choice. Our sales consultant Daniel Hobson was the most knowledgeable and personable sales consultant we met throughout our journey selecting a builder. Daniel was accommodating to our requests, but also provided lots of information that we would not have thought of.The transition from sales to admin wasn't our favourite, but it was tolerable. Maybe our expectations were set very high with the level of communication and expertise Daniel provided us. It was just slow, but I guess given things are happening behind the scenes there isn't much we could do.Then onto construction! We cannot fault our construction phase. Our SS Mitchell Irvine kept us informed from site commencement to handover, his communication was stand out. Despite wet weather and other supplier challenges, Mitch managed to keep our build on schedule.I wouldn't hesitate recommending Coral Homes to anybody!

Our sIte supervisor Jarrod was fantastic! He was a great a communicator, extremely responsive (replying to messages on the day or often within the hour), any problems were communicated and rectified quickly, he has high standards and excellent industry knowledge. We built in 2022 which has been an extremely difficult time for the industry and feel both Jarrod and all of Corals staff have been amazing to work with. We would have no hestitation building with Coral again and highly recommend them.Thank you all very much for our new home!

We built the San Marino on the Central Coast NSW. Our experience with Coral Homes has been great from house selection, colour selection and the overall build. Any alterations were handled with ease and the plans were amended and sent back to us promptly. Our site supervisor was helpful and approachable. He made sure everything ticked along nicely even amidst the delays and supply issues due to Covid. The 8 week delay over Christmas with a finished house sitting empty was frustrating but we were pleased with an overall total build time of 8 months to handover.When housing companies were folding all around us, Coral stood strong and that was a comfort.

This was my first time building a home & Coral Homes definitely made it an enjoyable experience. My site manager, Jarrod Wood, was very professional which was reflected in the high standard home that my kids & I now live in. Jarrod made the whole process easy. He was always available to answer questions or give me an update on the build progress. I would have no hesitation recommending Coral Homes especially if Jarrod Wood is the site manager.

Dear Coral Homes, It’s not nice to give delay fines to the customers, if you do the same thing and you don’t have to pay for it.We had awesome site manager until they changed them and we got Josh. It was always hard to get walk thru when we asked for it to discuss the damages. Now, he’s not responding to our emails, pushing us to the things we are unable to manage at the moment. We kept asking him about the completion date and he never gave us any date, even if in the contract it’s stated he has to. We told him that we won’t be available for few weeks and he raised no concerns, as the house was not ready. Now, (he knows we are not in QLD) he wrote us that the house is ready and pushing us to pay 3rd party to do the inspection ASAP, telling us if we don’t do this, we pay fees for delay. I am not sure if there’s such a thing in our contract. Update: At the end we got fine for delay $1300, first it was about $2680 but they count it wrong. $1300 was for about 8 days (the building was finished, still waiting for some touch ups). Also we had to pay 3rd party for inspection. When Coral asked for extension, we had to sign it without any compensation. I have no words for that. $1300 won’t help Coral, but for our family with a little baby, it’s kind of devastating, as we still don’t have things done such as driveway or fence.

We have had a great experience since we first walked into the display home, everything has gone very smoothly with no hold ups, we are now mid construction.Call out to Sophie from our colours appointment, Sophie was so helpful and patient, made a long appointment fly by. And to our site supervisor Mitch, the cut and fill was completed on our start date in early Feb and has moved along very quickly since then due to his planning. We are kept up to date every step of the way with the weekly updates Mitch provides and he is also always available to answer any questions, we are grateful that Mitch is looking after our build!

Mitchell and the team at Coral have built my home in record time ,Mitchell is very professional, responsive to any questions that I have had,he has made the build for me a lot easier l couldn't be happier

From the first consultation with Marty Bamforth through to our building supervisor Ryan Baker everyone has been so professional and kind.Ryan always without fail updates us every week via email and when we need to call, he answers every call.Coral Homes have been so accommodating to us living in a regional area.
