Excellent coaching and a great vibe amongst the Team. As a 40 something with niggling injuries and a busy work and family life the gym is friendly with great training and provides excellent fitness for the casual hobbyist (me). Coach Brian provides expert instruction, encouragement and imparts a really healthy mindset in terms of thinking about growth in the sport. If you are interested in BJJ- you should drop Coach Brian a message and try. To the other middle aged individuals reading this- You aren’t too old and it’s not too late. See you on the mats.

I looked long and hard to find a good BJJ instructor that is dynamic, committed, in-tune with their students and who truly understands the art of BJJ. I finally found this with Brian. He is totally committed to get the best out of his students and keeps his classes fun and exciting for the kids to make sure they stay focussed and have fun while learning. I have been training with Team Falzon for the past 7+ months and can honestly say that both Brian and the team are amongst the best people I’ve ever met.Team Falzon is an amazing place to train and learn BJJ and has a REAL team \ family vibe.Since I have started with Team Falzon my 3 children have also joined the kids classes and it has changed all our lives for the better.2 of my kids have Type 1 Diabetes and a such need a little extra attention whilst training, this has never been an issue and dealt with super professionally by the Trainers without making them feel different from the other kids and without taking anything away from training without any fuss.Brian’s ethos working with both adults and kids is second to none and he and the team have made us all very welcome in Team Falzon.Both adults and kids classes are always punctual and the gym always spotless.Having first hand experience at both kids and adults classes in BFA I can honestly say it is an awesome environment for learning BJJ at any level

I’ve had the pleasure to see Brian put such care and effort into all his students training. My partner trains under Brian and with the team 4 days a week and still can’t get enough of the environment Brian has created. Definitely a BJJ gym to be apart of!

Ive been into many gyms in NYC, LA and Sydney. I think Brian is the best instructor I have ever come across. Not only is he incredible at the sport himself, but he is able to pass on the principles rather than trying to control, allowing for everyone to develop their own game. I have been training here at Team Falzon for almost 3 years now and have loved every second of it. Brian has a wealth of competition experience and takes great care not only in your Jiu Jitsu training but also how you develop as a person. A welcoming atmosphere that has given me friends for life. A great gym for anyone whether you are a beginner, experienced, young or old.

Tried almost every gym in the Shire and St George areas. This gym surpasses all others. Expert coach, clean and spacious mats, and good blokes to roll with.

I joined Brian and his team a couple months ago, and it has been nothing but welcoming, with Brian and team treating each other with respect. Brian the coach is bursting with knowledge teaches it in a simplistic manner even with the complexity of the action being taught. He then he looks at how it can be improved.As for the gym in its own essence, like any great gym its a type of therapy arriving there to relieve the mental and the physical.

I've been to quite a few different martial arts gyms in the area and found Brian and TEAM FALZON to be the most professional, friendly and fun to train at! Brian will take you through step by step in any level whether it be at a beginner level like myself or at a competition level like the other members here!
