Use to have great cooked chickens here if your in need of cooked dinner in a hurry, they use to be tasty fresh hot juicy succulent could not fault it but today I bought one first time in a long while, it was dry and tasteless and even with gravy on it was no good don't know what happened but they've gone down hill. I should have known better that there were 22 chickens left in the warmer with 15 mins until closing time they used to sell out every time, not any more.

Since they 'improved' this store it's worse than ever. Horrible lighting, and aisles are far too narrow, so you're constantly having to avoid bumping into people. Shelves crammed with junk items and low stock on many basics. Poor quality fruit and vegetables compared to other stores. No quick exit till for those with few items - you have to queue behind people with full trolleys. I used to shop here every day, but now I don't go near the place. Whoever re-designed this store clearly doesn't shop there.

Entering Woolworths feels like I'm a serf hearded through a dystopian nightmare complete with plastic screens, gates, creepy led lighting, cameras tracking everywhere and really only a self serve face recording checkouts. It's changed alot over the last 3 years. Terrible.Drake's next door has none of this. Much nicer at Drakes Supermarket.

Navigation through this supermarket now is a pain. The makeover has made it worse. Aisles are narrow and poorly lit. Staff packing Internet Orders blocking access to items you want and blocking virtually every Aisle. It now feels like personal shoppers a hindrance and they would rather we just order online. I am now doing a lot more Grocery shopping at Aldi and will just call in for the odd item from Woolies, it's a lot cheaper and easier.

I use to enjoy shopping with you better than Drake's also but my last visit I waited to be served and after waiting five minutes was told to go to another checkout he was closing all the others were so lined up I went to self serve which I really hate now only come in there if I have to would rather go to Coles Reynella so much more nicer

If you're wanting to purchase anything from the deli section from about 6:30 p.m. onwards forget it, best to go to one another supermarket as this Woolworths basically closes down their deli section from this time onwards.
