Some Days you simply wonder. whilst having an issue with a pond filter and needing some advice, I looked on line to contact an OASE dealer for some information, and to acquire a new filter material as the the one that was in the filter had rotted.I called the Megastore and asked if i could get some advice, I was promptly asked for my invoice number that I purchased the product from them.I explained I was trying to find an answer to a simple question about putting the top back on a filter.Again told that no-one would speak with me as I did not purchase the product there.Its at this point you see that this in not going to be a good customer service relationship and you decide to cut your losses.So I politely went on my way and got the answer at another business and purchased a new filter sleeve for the filter with them.Bad customer service should never be rewarded.

Had an issue with an Oase Pond Vac and Johnathon was great at arranging a replacement from the supplier.

Purchased a pond pump which i then realised was not going to fit my outdoor pond needs. I took the item back for store credit/refund and had a really positive experience with Bruce.Bruce was really patient in listening to the circumstances of my return and took the burden despite the terms and conditions of the return policy not allowing me to hand back the pump. He went out of his way to ensure i had a good experience and supplied me with the correct item and a partial refund of the difference between the two products. Overall, great customer service, friendly demeanour and always willing to find a solution! Will definitely be back to shop with these guys. Highly recommend! Thanks Bruce!

Awesome service from John and team, placed a rush order on Thursday and had it delivered Monday. Detailed instructions on how to install the equipment. Highly recommended, seem like a very knowledgeable company

I recently ordered the bubble tube water feature with the bracket and the results were great. Fast delivery time and great products. The staff were also very kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

No reply to email so I will post here, recently purchased your pond liner off your online website. I was making a pond for a client, go to open the box and as I opened it on site ready to do the project the liner had two holes in it! Not happy at all, defeats the purpose of the liner.... I had to end up cutting it to half size.Not a happy customer.
