Julie was very knowledgeable and easy to relate to. She encouraged questions and didn't move along until we were all satisfied with what we were learning. I look forward to booking next year, I highly recommend her. The site was easy to navigate, and results were returned very quickly.

Had an amazing training today with Jason at the Capalaba location - though he did say he usually works from the Northside. He was amazing! So knowledgeable, easy to understand and gave us plenty of hands on practice which gave me a lot of confidence. Best training I’ve had!

This afternoon I completed my CPR course with your company. As before I liked the instructor. She is pleasant, engaging and has a good tone to her voice, there are no boring moments. I really learn a lot each course I do. The questions to be answered before the course were also really informative. I would recommend courses run by your company.

I have done first aid courses at irregular intervals over the years. Content is the same so it's the trainers themselves that make the real difference. Julie was excellent at relaying information so it was understandable and easy to remember. She gave real world examples from her experience with practical tips. I feel more confident in my ability than from previous trainings.
