The ladies I delt with here went above and beyond. Super kind, caring and helpful. I didn't expect the price when transferring my rego and was super stressed out, and the ladies were compassionate and explained things to me and gave me options. I really appreciated the kindness and patience that these women had. Thankyou ladies, you made my day!

My Daughter has severe anxiety and went for her L’s driver knowledge check yesterday. A young lady there names Ellie noticed and was super helpful and supportive through the whole thing and my daughter ended up passing the test. Thank you Ellie

Garbage service, don’t know who the woman was working on counter 4 today but she’s an absolute cow. Looks like she’s in a holding cell with her facial expressions & attitude towards work. I will be doing my business elsewhere. Until new staff that actually want to help are employed.

wow what a jokewas served by an absolute rude old cow of women that was so useless just had a couple questions and needed some help and apparently all to hard for her to be nice. Doesn’t deserve a job she needs to be fired would rather drive 40minutes to another centre the ever see that old washed up rag again.

Three visits in 2 months for various reasons. All visits were a great experience, all staff were pleasant, friendly and very efficient. Some other organisations should do a mystery shop to see how it's done.

Very convenient location at the Tweed Heads shopping mall. Wait time to see a service member was about 10 minutes. Efficient service.
