I got the grey tech fleece and wanted to swap with smaller size but had no receipt. Luckily the lads that work there helped me out since I have proof of purchase.

Mikayala was very helpful and friendly at this store. She helped me find the right sizing and style of clothes I wanted, even when her shift was finished ☺️

Served by the Ghanaian girl. Best service I’ve received at a Nike store. Accidentally gave a poor rating on the machine because I didn’t read the question properly.

Customer service is fantastic, all staff are so friendly and eager to assist. Kash especially is phenomenal at his job.

Commendable service by the staff espeically Mr.Kash! Frank and down to earth. Came to visit and Mr. kash’s recommended to go for a running shoe after my ankle injury and as per his advise bought new running shoe! Awesome and will be back again!

Never ever going back to this store again. Very bad customer service. The tall guy at the counter ignored me and my friend on the face and left the counter when we were coming to bill our products yesterday afternoon. We haven’t even interacted with the guy before entering the billing space so I really wonder why he had left the billing counter as we were entering the billing space and I am 300% sure that he wasn’t serving any other customer to validate his behaviour. If I am spending my money I would never ever choose a store that doesn’t value me or my presence. My friend and I will make sure that none of our friends and known would enter that store again.

Kash the manger, was really helpful and provided great service. Nike should look to have their other staff trained by him.When I initially came in to the Canberra city store and started to explain my situation a different member of staff- young lady interrupted mid sentence rolling her eyes and told me to talk to the manager.

Very good quality service, was straight away welcomed by an employee with a smile and furthermore provided me with everything I asked and needed. I was looking for Nike tech fleece pants and was met with the last pair in the whole store after we looked everywhere! Would definitely go there again!

I was out shopping in the city centre, I had just gotten my pay check and was doing a decent amount of shopping and decided to stop by Nike. I saw a nice tech fleece combo and decided to purchase it. A kind worker named Nick served me and was brilliant enough to inform me about the discount from the downloading the app, on its last day. Unfortunately as I was signing up to the app to make an account my phone died and he took my phone and put it on charge for me while working and serving the other customers. He was so nice and friendly and really gave me a great time in the store. There was also a lovely young lady named maddy who was so great too. Thanks Nick you really saved me from not getting stuck in the car park. And also spending my whole pay check on your clothes. Great job to the people who hire your staff, you guys are choosing the right people.
