I have to agree. We have had excuse after excuse and are still waiting. The people we talk to are always polite but nothing happens. It is always tomorrow. So lets see what actually happens tomorrow.

This is a terrible business Rose who works for this company stressed my Mother out so much she was placed in hospital for 3 days with stress related heart issues. It has taken more than 2 months to have the service connected and we are still waiting for a Kirsty the manager to call. Glad I’m not holding my breath. Avoid this company at all costs
