I had the BEST nail experience I've ever had at this salon - the nail tech lady named Lisa was incredibly thorough and gentle, she gave me a proper walk through on what nail products to choose from and which would best suit my nails and be most durable (acrylic with no tips and with the gel overlay). It was so nice to have someone be so diligent despite being under time pressure in a busy salon. Go and ask for Lisa at Lavender Nails and you will not be disappointed!

Kaycie was absolutely fantastic. She took care in doing my nails, her attention to detail was fantastic and she didn't rush (which I really appreciated). I will defiantly be back to see her again!Thank you, kaycie.

Today I had the best nail experience at lavender. I had Bee and she was so kind and gentle. Very friendly and did an amazing job. Was very patient with my fussiness. I will be recommending Bee to all of my family and friends!

I got a full set of acrylics on Monday 29 February in Belconnen. Not only were they ridiculously thick, within just over a week all of my nails have lifted and I’ve lost two. one this morning and one this afternoon. I had acrylics for many years about 3 years ago and never had any issues like this, I am extremely careful with them. I would not recommend.

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I was in the store for over 2 hours and left with an unfinished manicure/pedicure. I was required to go and buy a nail buff afterwards as this was not done as part of the treatment. Cuticles in my fingers nails were not even touched. No dried skin was removed from my feet. My toe nail bled and they did not bother to use any antiseptic and instead told me to put it in the water to stop the bleeding. Lady was very rough and my nails still hurt. They still tried to charge me $90 after this ordeal. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

I had a great manicure here today with Lisa who I highly recommend.I needed a new full set and she was very gentle in removing my old acrylics.My new nails look absolutely gorgeous and I was very impressed with the way she listened to what I wanted and checked with me along the way to ensure I was happy with what she was doing.Lisa was also really lovely to talk to soI will definitely be back to see her again.

i went to lavender a few weeks ago to get a set of acrylic nails and they turned out great! the staff and owner were super friendly and one of the artists leslie did an awesome triangular nail design. would 100% recommend going. good prices, lovely staff, and amazing nails.
