Absolute Worst service going ,the lady with the half shaved head is nothing but rude and needs a attitude ajustment if I could I'd give them no star rating out of 5 , if you can't be polite don't work in customer service ,nothing but rude!! Won't be back!

The older lady with half shaved hair and glass assuming she's the manager, is the rudest human being I have ever encountered! absolutely the worst customer service i had to ever deal with -stuck up and plain ignorant. if I could give no stars I would.

The store manager (jo) was very friendly and had a wonderful chat with me even tho she was busy she gave me the time of day to put a smile on my face. Chips and gravy are to die for so good 5 stars

Im not sure if the staff's personal lives are in disarray, but everytime I am served it seems as if the world is ending and I'm a huge hassle. Majority of the staff are short with their responses and quite rude.

The girl working today should be commended for her job running the store by herself cooking serving etc.. we we're excited to see a Henny Penny (been along time) I'd have to worse food ever.. chip oil needs to be changed. Chips tasted like they had been cooked then reheated and nearly burnt.. chicken ceased wrapping chicken was dry..Chicken Schnitzel had no lettuce like in the photo. It was burnt and dry. Absolutely disappointing.. disgusting meal ever bought.
