Butter Fish Services

Money hungry dogs. I wouldn't recommend using their services to anyone. For example, we received a phone call from the therapist prior to our first meeting just to introduce herself. 30 second pointless phone call. 24 hours later we receive an invoice for $54 for that phone call. That was just the beginning of the invoices for no real service. They charged us for multiple cut and paste reports which Butterfish said were mandatory for NDIS. I called NDIS, who confirmed they are not required. NDIS also said they have received several complaints regarding Butterfish over-charging and charging for services that are not required. I can confirm from firsthand experience this is the case. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR NDIS FUNDS. THEY COULDNT CARE LESS ABOUT HELPING YOUR CHILD.
