$2,000 Rhino Rack was packed correctly in Rhino packaging and undamaged when picked up by this freight company. I received the roof rack hanging out of the box, scratched up and dinted. Even the driver commented how busted up my roof rack was. I sent it back and cant get my $320 freight cost refunded. These guys damaged my expensive product and kept my money.The customer service was appalling. No apology and didn’t want to deal with me what so ever. I understand mistakes happen but compensation would be nice. Don't keep the money for a job you failed to complete. Do yourself a favour and don't use these guys.
