Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Booval

28/05/23 13.15pm I have handed my sons prescription to the manager pharmacist Jessica, who appeared unfriendly and rude when I asked a question. This is my first time ever experiencing terrible customer service at a pharmacy.The reason I am adding my review is because I felt that it wasn’t only the rude service from Jessica however, the tension of racism and judgment I felt from Jessica was immense.I watched and observed with my family how other customers were getting served first and saw a tub already been packed, the manager Jessica kept providing customers who were after me and my family with their medication and ignored what was ready for us.How I know this was because one of the friendly workers had seen our prescription and grabbed from the counter and finally served it to us.I hope Jessica finds peace and love because how she was today was not it and I feel bad.

Fast service and cheapest scripts I've found.

On Saturday afternoon I handed in a number of scripts. Why I was waiting I checked some special's the store. I came across vitamin D capsules advertised. The sales sign stated $11.98 with a label 1/2 price for $ 8.00.I ask the chemist about the difference in the price as my math works out at $ 5.99. the chemist only told me that they are selling cheaper than the recommended price. When I ask him what the RRP price is hi could not answer my question.I have been misled in showing a price at $11.98 and sale price at $ 8.00.Furthermore, as the chemist knew that I was going to pay $ 8.00, He quickly ran it true the till and put it all in the bag.I found the chemist very arrogant in the way how he brushed me of. At home I found mistakes in another item where I was over charged as well as the descript item was charged to my credit card at $ 11.95.Shame on youOn the questing of your pricing ,I am rather disappointed how your company is trying to mislead the public.First, most chemists are selling the same product for lessSecond, RRP is nowhere seen. One will assume that the advertised price is the RRP .Third, you need to have glasses to read the fine print.Finally: playing with numbers as you do. 50% discount of your RRP would bring the cost down to $ 9.98.Your maths does not add up.Ps. You still overcharged me.Thanks

Store didn't have the cream I needed in stock, so they contacted another chemist to find it for me as well aa offering to order it in.Excellent service, thank you!

Have been a regular at this chemist for just over 3.5yrs store is always clean, staff always polite, approachable, friendly and welcoming, they work as a team and their customer service shines.

I've being shopping in store for years. Had no problems. . Got one mail order delivery. And received it overnight. I ordered some emergency dental poducts for my daughter who has tmj. Took over a week to get here.The manager doesn't value his customers nor does he treat them with respect.He hasn't bothered to answer my emails.. no concern for others.

Most of the staff are very friendly and will serve you promptly , and the products are at a very competitive price.

I went here to speak to a pharmacist about a rash my baby has that I thought to be eczema. He had a cold so unable to see a doctor. The retail assistant told me its definently ringworm" and gave me cream for ringworm. it wasn't ringworm and it spread all over him. Stopped the treatment after 3 weeks. Applied a ecezma moisturiser and it's finally getting better now. I won't go here for advice in future."

The Staff are lovely and always happy to answer any questions. If they don't know they will find the right person and not just guess or dismiss you. The store is well stocked and always clean. Prices are competitive and I have found generally cheaper than the other big Chemist , but if not will happily match their competitors.
