We have eaten numerous times at Mumma Thai, the food is fantastic and have no fault with any of the meals. What is a problem is the girl taking orders etc, She is very rude, short tempered unable to handle the main mealtime stress. I feel she would be much better finding another vocation. Please move on as you spoil a pleasant meal.

Had the Pad Ki Maow, a spicy flat noodle stir fry. Very good indeed. I would be happy to be served this at Chat Thai, maybe the Benchmark for Sydney's Thaitown.

Had an argument over me trying to complain about a soup I ordered and me not being able to eat it... I ordered the vegitable and tofu soup... And was told I read menu wrong as was only able to view the menu they have up online... The soup says vegetables and tofu but I got tofu with onion as the only veritable with tomato and mushrooms in there n herbs I tried to explain it was not what I thought it was and that it is somewhat false advertisement that it says vegetables n tofu only to have one veggie in it im able to eat very disastisfied and unhappy that the staff where so rude when I tried to explain this concern and issue. .

I wish to give 0 start. The girl/staff is very rude and discriminated. The word she used was very mean and make very indecent sound. The restaurant is very quiet or not busy, but with the worst customer service experience.——————-Thanks for your explanation. However if you spend the time to serve you customers, I would not leave this feedback.Since we came, your staff ignore and do not serve us. I came to the reception, we have been ignored again. Yes, we are family with young kids, while if you not a family or kids friendly restaurant, you should listed to the front.Either she made the sound, only she knows. Why she left us there before we order, also a question mark. She was shocked not because I asked her stay and behave respectfully. She may not think I will take it serious or Asian background customers also require respect and speak up. She was not only rude to me, we made a few attempts with different persons, everyone experienced the same. If she does not believe that was rude, while your customers feel offended. If you take one staff’s rude behaviour to represent the quality of your restaurant service, that’s fine. However, I trust the system adjudgment.

Great Thai food, and service. Tried 4 entrees a stir fry and curry and was all delightful!Thanks Cherie for making us feel comfortable and serving us! Will be coming back soon :)

Ask for a serve of spring rolls, got given crab&prawn rolls. When taken back their reply was I didn’t specify what flavor I wanted. Crab&prawn rolls aren’t in the menu and I’m allergic to seafood. They denied my request for refund saying it was my fault. Then to top it off the fried rice was the most hideous thing I think I’ve ever tasted. Definitely not going back thereEDIT: you say it’s common knowledge but how does someone not from the area know this. The person taking the order should have explained this especially when the menu offers vegetable and chicken first. You shouldn’t assume people already know

The food is delicious. The girl at the front desk is the rudest person. At first I thought everyone has their bad days but then the second time and third time she was even more unpleasant. I now refuse to eat in house preferring to order take away as the food itself really is delicious.
