Aje Armadale

Agree with other reviewers. Very rude customer service. They looked so uninterested and made me feel like an interruption to whatever they were doing in the shop. I picked up a click and collect order and when checked at home it is so wrinkled that needs a press!

My daughter and I have just been into this store, needing to buy a dress and were completely ignored by the 3 staff! Two were fluffing the coat hangers , one was serving a customer and she helped to zip the dress up, but that was it. We were there for a decent amount of time. Extremely poor service ...... you know what they say... if you don't look after your customers

Service was great! I went in to buy my wife a gift for her birthday and everyone was very helpful. Ella (I think) went above and beyond to make my experience much easier.

If I could give a zero here, I would. Doncaster Aje is a lot more friendly and helpful. Very poor service - you should be ashamed

Such a beautiful store with incredibly helpful staff. Tara was so helpful with sizing and piecing together outfits for our clients. Highly recommend visiting this store.

delayed online order which arrived only after 3 weeks in separated batches. Rushing to Armadale store to return one of the tops on the 2nd of Jan, the saleslady claimed it's past 2 weeks return timeframe and not even store credit can be offered, I tried to explain the cut off date just right fell onto Xmas holiday period due to the delayed delivery plus the worsen Covid situation in VIC that has prevented me from shopping in store with crowd on Boxing day. However the saleslady has requested me to show the evidence of delivery email (which is understandable) whilst whispering to the other girl at the counter saying it's impossible the order would have been delayed for so long. It was not very pleasant to overhear this to be honest. After presenting the email as per request, followed by tremendous explanations, the saleslady still refused to return and saying the request has been rejected by system - However the issue has been solved in Chadstone store later on the same day and only took 5 mins (can't see how possibly be a system issue here?).Everyone struggles during pandemic, bit extra of customer care and mutual understanding are not too much to ask for if you want to sustain business growth in competitive market. Delayed order is understandable given the big environment we are all currently facing, but it's bit unreasonable to restrict customer to the rigid return deadline when order cannot be arrived on time at first place. Staffs could have been more helpful rather than just suggesting to write a complaint email to AJE online customer service. Anyways, this is not the customer service I expected from a $250 top. Chadstone store did great job as always however the incident with Armadale has made me wonder if it's worth to become a long-term loyal customer any more.

It was my first time shopping with Aje and the girls at Armadale were just lovely! I am so excited to wear my beautiful new dress.

Bad customer service, I was calling the store several times and no answer so I decided to drive to the store which was very quiet, saw the girl just ending the calls without answering them while she wasn't busy at all. Just bad, won't be back

Went in to the Armadale store and tried on a beautiful white dress that I loved. It had never been tried on before, the staff got it straight out of plastic for me. I went to pay for it and as they folded the dress it got a mark on it from the counter. It looked like a coffee stain from their takeaway coffees sitting on the bench. I noticed it and pointed it out immediately. They did not apologise or offer any compensation and refused to accept that it may not come out. They tried to get it out with dettol disinfectant wipes which worked somewhat but left the dress wet with a water stain. They were not apologetic at all. They wouldn’t even allow me to return it the next day if the stain didn’t come out. Very disappointing and rude customer service, not good enough for a high end clothing brand, I will not be buying from that store again.
