It's difficult to communicate with any of the staff at Nundah Medical, particularly the rude and unhelpful reception staff. I spoke to a Linda who was incredibly disrespectful and didn't seem to know how to assist in any way.

They haven't taken new patient since couple of years. It is okay, it's their decision. But they should reflect this information in their Q&A section so that people don't need to waste their time by calling them in their phone.

Couldn't ask for better care. I have had the same doctor for 20 years and even now that I live on the southside I have no problem travelling to see him. I've seen heaps of doctors in my time and the care here is far superior to other clinics. My doctor takes the time needed always has and doesn't just throw my out the door like most other places, people know this and this practice keeps their patients! No wonder they haven't taken on new patients.5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worst appointment I have ever had with a doctor. In and out in 5 minutes. No care. Next appointment cancelled as Doctor can't come in today. I have been waiting over a week to get this appointment. No care. No concern. You are just a number.

Just speaking to the reception staff here is below satisfactory for customer service.They are extremely unhelpful and act like we shouldn’t be calling as they are always too busy or books are closed. Like it’s a personal problem against them.Honestly, If you hate your job that bad - or it’s too stressful, quit.Horrendous, please have phone etiquette training.

Don't waste you time.Tried to book an appointment because I'm a local, apparently they haven't taken in any new patients for a couple of years. No need to be rude over the phone about it.Instead of being rude, perhaps you could've recommended me to another practice.

The receptionists are some of the worst staff I have ever interacted with. It's like a skit show parody where the joke is that they are rude and unhelpful. So sorry for asking you to help me, a customer, with the most basic task in your role description.
