Love the Saturday morning matwork classes - it's a great way to start the weekend. Milena has created a welcoming and calm environment at Vida Studio. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to try pilates ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Vida studio's pilates classes are amazing. They're fun and challenging, but also cater to all levels and stages of life. I loved doing the pregnancy pilates classes. They gave me the confidence to keep doing exercise while I was pregnant and I felt so much better for it.Now that I've had my baby I'm looking forward to doing the 'Moves and Bub's' classes with my baby once I've recovered.Can't recommend Vida studio's enough. Thank you Milena!
