To Jansen, Matt and the JR Construction team,First and foremost, our biggest thank you for all the amazing work you have done to build our dream home. The end result is nothing short of amazing.We feel truly fortunate that we found you to build our home. From our very first meeting, things progressed quickly and smoothly. It is hard to believe we first met just over 7 months ago, and we are already moving into our new home.Right from the beginning, Matt worked with us to get the house design exactly as we wanted, and helped us navigate through all the early decisions and approvals. Nothing was too much trouble or seemed too hard, and you were always available for a call throughout the process.During the construction phase, we have watched the entire team of ‘super-trades’ build our house in what must be record time. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and professional during our frequent visits to the site.Jansen, we really appreciate you being on site essentially every day throughout the build process, making sure everything gets done to spec, and site was always clean and tidy. We are also grateful how you have gone above and beyond, including all the ‘small things’ and ‘little extras’ (even helping put our fridge in place, and hang the clothes line). Thank you for your patience with all our ‘smart’ updates and making our last-minute change of mind decisions not only possible, but so easy too (the sink looks amazing).To top it all off, with all the changes, the build was delivered just under the original contract value and 4 weeks early!When we undertook a knock down rebuild project, we never could have imagined that it could be as stress-free as it has been. That is of course all down to you both and your fantastic team.Many thanks from both of us!
