SofaLab Mount Waverley

After sales service has been poor. I ordered a sofa and armchair on the 3/07/2020 and it's now 15 weeks later and the first I have heard from the company is an email telling me that my delivery is expected mid November. No explanation of why it is taking so long and the only previous contact I have had is 2 calls initiated by me to enquire when delivery will be, both times I was told delivery was expected around the second week of October. I understand there may be delays due to covid 19 restrictions but at no time has anyone from this company offered that as an explanation or apologised for the delay. Good thing for them couches are an infrequent purchase because I won't be purchasing from them again.

My experience buying my first couch is with Lounge Life has been nothing short of amazing.From my first enquiry, Adrian looked after me and made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.Due to covid I couldn’t go in store to view or have a feel of the couch, but I felt like I could trust Adrian and somehow he new EXACTLY what I wanted, from the style, fabric and colour.The delivery was done on a public holiday which is just amazing as I would never expect a company to deliver on a public holiday let alone help assemble it AND take all the rubbish (cardboard etc) with them!I couldn’t recommend this company enough, not only for their customer service, but for their amazing product.Thankyou!
