I found that Dundas Oatlands Real Estate's service as property managers was far from professional. My investment property was left by the previous tenants in a state of disaster... the work that was organised by the real estate to get the property back to a presentable way was always delayed, I was constantly chasing Stefanie on updates regarding completion of internal work, open house viewings and potential tenant interest. I was not even notified that the previous tenants were in arrears with rent until after they had vacated the property. I have dealt with many property managers, but these people were the worst!

For the last 15 years I have rented a property from Oatlames Real Estate, for the first few years the staff was excellent, every request was met, nothing was difficult.I can’t say this is the case now days. The property is cared by me as if it was my own home, you can say I’m home proud tennent.Property could do with some overdue TLC from owners.But in general I’m happy to be in a safe quiet suburb.
