Ryde Kia Service Centre
Had my airbag recall due to the National Takata airbag recall program. They did a good clean job on my pride and joy. My old Subaru Liberty 3.0R spec B wagon! Special mention to the Service Manager Nathan and Service Mechanic Aaron. Looks after the customers and meets the criteria.

I have had ongoing issues with my Kia for the past three months, the car is three years old. When you call for an update, there unable to provide one & i ask to call me to be updated, they never do. On three occasions I was told my car is ready, when I get there, oh sorry we need an extra day. There is no communication, the care factor is appalling. I am now dealing with the service manager Nick, oh boy! He promises a lot, but does not return calls & reply to e-mails. I now have had to resort to contact NSW Fair Trading, hopefully they can provide assistance & have Kia honour our seven-year warranty.

Ryde Kia Service Centre
Its the first time I have used Ryde Kia for a service and repair of my Sportage. Whilst servicing the car I asked them to look at my air conditioning. It was working but not not fully on tick over. Still effective and cooled me. When I picked up the car it wasn't working at all. They could not fit me in to fix the issue before Christmas. I now have to go on holiday with my family in summer with no air conditioning at all. They charged me nearly $400 for this none repair. Not impressed.

Didn’t have the parts to fix the recall even though booking was made in advance, no complimentary wash (actually dirtier inside than when it was dropped off) and air con has a terrible smell since service. Second time have had issues with this service centre but used because it’s local. Will definitely be making the drive to another one next time.

Had my 30K km service confirmed in May for June. At 10:30am the staff called to cancel my 1pm appointment if I couldn’t come earlier as their mechanics clock off at 3:30pm. Couldn’t tell me why they offered that slot and gave me 3 hour notice to screw my schedule!They provided me a free car loan on the rescheduled date and asked to change my brakes for $1K. Never going back for this ridiculous service and prices.

I came here to do my two year service for my Kia Carnival. The service itself cost about $590. First they automatically tacked on a safety stop test for $30 which I usually remove but this time I decided to leave it on. Later, the service rep called me to tell me that they need to clean up our air condition because they discovered some mold. I originally declined to do this service but since I was right there I decided to go back and ask to look at the problem. They said it’s hard because they use a special small camera to see this and even if they could take a picture that I wouldn’t be able to tell because it is very small. I asked if I could see a picture of what the mechanic saw or just bring me there to look at this special camera. They weren’t able to do either.The failure to show proof of mold and the automatic addition of this $30 service leads me to believe they just care about the bottom line. These eroded my trust of this service center. 2-star given to the service representative who tried to help and support me.

Took the Kia Cerato to Ryde Kia for a 30K service. They wanted to upsell with a Brake Stop Road test. I said no to that because they claim to perform a Quality Control Road Test after service. While waiting for the car, the other customers said the other upsell is to clean the mould in your air conditioner filter system.I paid $391 when I collected the car. I checked the price for Kia Capped Price Servicing. It says $346. I was overcharged $45. I made 6 phone calls and 3 emails to Ryde Kia - no returned calls of course. Always the same answer that the service advisor is not available. I called in person to the service department. They made me fill up a claims form. That was 16 days ago. Total lapse days is 20 days and still counting.In my humble opinion, avoid them like the plague. Look at the other 1-star reviews. As they say, 1-star because you cannot give 0-star or a negative star.

Waited 2 months for my car to be repair due to the long queue. When I bring my car for service & repair, they said my appointment was not booked! N no main power so asked me to revisit again n wait? Really?! Is a waste of time for me to wake up early morning 7am on Friday!

Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with Kia service centre at Ryde. We will never return to this service centre. We took our car there for a std service and they accidentally put someone else’s car wheels on our car. Yes you read that right. They put the wrong wheels on our car. I only discovered this because a warning light came on after I left the centre. I was told this did not cause any safety issues so I should not have any issue with using them again. I was told my concerns were not reasonable. While I do believe that there were no safety issues created by their mistake, I have zero confidence that this service team has adequate systems in place to deliver adequate or reliable service. I am grateful that they did at least, collect my car to put the correct wheels on them, but it took them a week to find the wheels and a lot ofmessages to stay focused on the hunt for my wheels. I was told that my distrust in the service overall was unreasonable. I was told that the fact that this process was so poorly managed should not have worried me. I paid $600 for a service I don’t feel I can rely on.

Ryde Kia Service Centre
Had my Kia Cerato in for its first complimentary service this morning. Very poor attempt at washing the car as part of this service as car was returned to me dirtier than when I dropped it off to them. It now has dirty sponge and chamois marks all over it compliments of Ryde Kia service centre. If you can't wash a car properly, why wash it?
